Terms of Use
Last updated: 9 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Nexlo platform at nexlo.co.uk. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Methodology.
1. What Nexlo provides
Nexlo is a market-intelligence platform that gathers information published on UK housebuilders' own public websites — such as plot availability, asking prices, publicly advertised incentives, and public listing changes — and presents it in one place with source attribution. It is a research and decision-support tool, not advice.
2. Early access — free for now
Nexlo is currently provided free of charge during early access: the full platform, all builders, and all regions, with no card required and no trial clock. If we introduce paid plans in future, we will give existing users reasonable notice, and early users may be offered founding terms.
3. Where the data comes from
All market data is sourced from publicly available builder websites and public geographic data. Prices shown are public asking prices, not completed or agreed sale prices. Nexlo holds no builder-supplied data and no transaction data. Full detail is on our methodology page.
4. Acceptable use
When using Nexlo, you agree not to:
- resell, redistribute, or scrape the platform's data or systematically extract it in bulk;
- share your account credentials with people outside your organisation;
- use the service unlawfully, or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to it;
- use the data to do anything a housebuilder should not do — Nexlo is designed to keep market research to publicly available information, and you are responsible for how you use what you see.
5. No warranty; accuracy
Nexlo is provided “as is”. The data is gathered from third-party public websites that change frequently, and while we work to keep it accurate and current, we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or up to date at any given moment. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision without your own verification.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nexlo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Changes
We may update the service or these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page, and where appropriate we will notify users.
